Anthony Viselli, Ph.D. student in Civil Engineering, explains features of a composite secure shipping container to visitors from the US Department of Homeland Security. Anthony has taken a central role in the development of this shipping container. As laboratory manager of this multi-million dollar project, he manages all aspects of the project including direction of a crew of undergraduate students and staff and is a principal in the spin-off company Maine Secure Composites.
