Clubs and Organizations

The Spring 2013 deadline for grant applications is 4:00 pm on February 8th, 2013.

You will note that we have changed the Fall deadline. This is an effort to make sure that clubs and orgs have funding at the start of each school year. This means that funding decisions will be made this spring for the fall of 2013. The funds, however, will not be disbursed until the beginning of the Fall 2013 semester once clubs have reported on their previous use of funds.

If your club or organization did not receive funding in the Fall of 2012, you may submit two applications:

- Spring 2013 for a maximum of $300
- Fall 2013 for a maximum of $600

Funding requests must clearly state how funds will be used to facilitate and encourage educational, professional, and research activities of graduate students. The name of the representative of your department is listed on our Representatives page. For specific instructions on preparing your grant, please review the following document: Spring and Fall 2013 Clubs and Orgs Grant Application Instructions.

An updated membership list may also be included. Filing the annual report by the end of the academic year is strongly recommended to ensure this step is not overlooked, and clubs and organizations remain eligible apply for GSG funding.
