The deadline for grant applications for Academic Year (AY) 2014-2015 is 4:00 pm on February 7th, 2014.
Funding applications for the academic year will now be accepted in the spring semester preceding that academic year. This is an effort to make sure that clubs and organizations have funding at the start of each school year. This means that funding decisions will be made in the spring of 2014 for the 2014-2015 academic year. The funds, however, will not be disbursed until the beginning of the Fall 2014 semester once clubs have reported on their previous use of funds.
If your club or organization did not receive funding in the Fall of 2013, you may submit two applications:
- Spring 2014 for a maximum of $300
- AY 2014-15 for a maximum of $600
Funding requests must clearly state how funds will be used to facilitate and encourage educational, professional, and research activities of graduate students. The name of the representative of your department is listed on our Representatives page. For specific instructions on preparing your grant, please review the following document: Clubs and Organizations Grant Application Instructions.
