Are you looking for ideas to grow your business?

The Foster Student Innovation Center at the University of Maine has a once in a lifetime opportunity for you and your business.

Doug Hall, Eureka! Ranch Founder/CEO, America's #1 Innovation Guru* and UM '81 Graduate is on campus this semester teaching three Innovation Engineering courses and needs your help! We are doing real life case studies with the 100+ students taking our courses, and our goal is to provide Maine companies with thousands of new ideas to help their businesses grow. If you are interested, here's what we need from you:

1. A 10 minute phone interview with Doug Hall that we could record and play for the students about your business, what makes it great and how they can help. We would even be willing to video tape the interview in person if you're somewhat local to Orono.
2. Some sort of stimuli to help the students generate ideas - be it small samples of your product, photos, brochures, videos, catalogs, etc.
3. We would then provide you with the students' ideas and would ask that you let us know your 10 favorites, and if you actually implement any of the ideas we'd love to hear about it!

The ideas will be part of the creative commons so they will not be owned by the student, the University or business, but you are welcome to use them however you see fit.

We want to help Maine companies find new ideas for products and customers while teaching the students in our program a system for generating ideas with commercial potential! If this is something you would be interested in participating contact Jesse Moriarity at jesse.moriarity@maine.edu or (207) 581-1427.
