For University of Maine students, faculty and staff we offer the following services free of charge:
• In-house experts providing one-on-one brainstorming, advising and coaching
• Assistance with developing your idea, project, product or service
• Assistance with locating funding
• Networking with student and alumni entrepreneurs, innovators, and University experts
• Public relations and marketing services
• Connections to industry experts
• Fun and inspirational programs and seminars (see Snack & Yacks & Small Business Series)
• Credit courses in innovation (see Innovation Engineering®)
• Offices and meeting space for student companies and projects
• On-site resource library

Office space for students
University of Maine students can even apply for office space within the Center. The space can be used for running their business or working on their project and includes the following:
 • Modern office space in a newly built professional building
• Reception services
• Telephone and voicemail
• High speed wireless access
• Copier and fax services
• Conference rooms
• Lab space/work areas
• Multimedia equipment
• Kitchen and break area
• 24/7 facility access
• Building security
• Janitorial services
