Building Location

Project Opportunity’s office space and shared conference rooms are collocated with the Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center in Building 3 and 4 in the northeast corner of York Village near the end of Grove Street Extension. The buildings are one facility that is tan colored with brown trim and is located at the end of the York Complex Lot. An area specific interactive map is available for reference.

Offices:

To enter the office spaces of Project Opportunity, enter the last door off the walkway on the side of the building facing the York Complex Lot. Use of this walkway is not encouraged in winter due to the steep incline, frequent icy conditions and falling ice. Alternatively, the main entrance of the Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center can be used to access our offices and is often not as treacherous when hazardous walking conditions exist.

To access Project Opportunity's offices through the main entrance of the Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center, walk down Grove Street Extension to the double doors between York Village Building 3 and 4. The main entrance is designated by a dark blue sign next to a set of double doors. Enter the building and go through the second set of double doors. Take a right and walk through the next set of double doors and the narrow archway. On the right is an elevator with a red door. Enter the elevator and select floor 4. The elevator will open to our waiting area and offices.

Conference Rooms:

To access the conference rooms, walk down Grove Street Extension to the main entrance of the Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center between York Village Building 3 and 4. The main entrance is designated by a dark blue sign next to a set of double doors. Enter the building and go through the second set of double doors. Take a left and proceed to the end of the hall. Directly ahead is Conference Room 100. Take left and walk past the bathrooms to access Conference Room 102 (on your right).
