In order to prepare students for success in college, UB believes in a community that encourages student growth - both in the classroom and outside of the classroom. During the academic year, UB supports students with expectations to strive beyond what is "OK" to work that is the best that they can do.

During the summer program, students are exposed to cultural opportunities, travel, college visits, group presentations and small classroom experiences that are designed to challenge, stimulate and create passion around learning.
